We’re New Zealand owned and based in Tauranga on the East Coast of the North Island. Located here are a team who support our extensive network of investigators and assessors across the country.

There are two key parts to the business.

Investigation - Company Director - Mark Keaney

We offer insurance investigation services through our network of professional, trained investigators who specialise in motor vehicle, house, contents, travel, liability and commercial claims, including fires. We have proven experience and our investigation work has returned substantial savings to our clients by identifying fraudulent claims.

Assessing - Company Director - Greg Frost

We operate a centralised claims team at our Tauranga office. This team works closely with our nationwide network of expert assessors. Our centralised assessing and reinstatement service ensures consistent, quality claims management without the high price tag. We’ve developed innovative processes and systems that result in measurable efficiencies and standards.

Proven Disaster Management and Expertise.

We have successfully managed claims for all major disasters that have occurred in New Zealand in the past few years. In the Tauranga and Matata floods of May 2005 we were appointed to over 400 claims and reinstated and successfully settled claims totalling many millions of dollars.
